This customer is very misinformedShe will not listen to anything she is told on the phone because she has her mind set on making us wrong We went out the first time on 12/and replaced a flame sensorEd noticed the blower wheel and filter were filthy and gave her a new filter and cleaned the blower wheel for FREE (about hours labor) and just charged her for the labor feeShe called later that day, we returned her call and she did not answer the phone till Fri morning 12/and got back on the scheduleThe dirty blower/filter snowballed into the electronic board acting up, so we replaced itThat invoice was with hours of senior discount applied to the laborIt was not making any noise when we left that second time We have her on the schedule again for 12/at pm even though we don't take any calls after 4:pm so we can finish up our day at a reasonable hourWe are going to assess the entire situation for her again for FREEThis furnace has been poorly maintained for a very long time and this customer is trying to make us her kicking cat unfortunately

This customer is very misinformed. She will not listen to anything she is told on the phone because she has her mind set on making us wrong.  We went out the first time on 12/7 and replaced a flame sensor. Ed noticed the blower wheel and filter were filthy and gave her a new filter and cleaned...

the blower wheel for FREE (about 2.5 hours labor) and just charged her 85 for the labor fee. She called later that day, we returned her call and she did not answer the phone till Fri morning 12/9 and got back on the schedule. The dirty blower/filter snowballed into the electronic board acting up, so we replaced it. That invoice was 511.75 with 2 hours of senior discount applied to the labor. It was not making any noise when we left that second time.  We have her on the schedule again for 12/20 at 5 pm even though we don't take any calls after 4:30 pm so we can finish up our day at a reasonable hour. We are going to assess the entire situation for her again for FREE. This furnace has been poorly maintained for a very long time and this customer is trying to make us her kicking cat unfortunately.
