From: Chuck H*** Sent: Monday, June 12, 10:AM To: info Subject: case *** Case ID *** When a customer books a party on line, a down payment is required. It then results in a booked party with payment tendered. A letter is
sent out stating that we will call to confirm the details, but it does not state that their booking was only a quote. The customer contacted the store on 6/6/asking for a refund. We do have a no refund policy if it is within days of the party date, however, the manager on duty contacted the owner and was given the ok to cancel the party and issue a refund. The manager on duty tried calling the customer but got no answer. After that first attempt, it fell through the cracks and no additional attempts had been made to the customer. That falls on us.
