My son voluntarily admitted himself to the *** location because on the internet I his mother believed all the treatment types listed would support the complete persons mental health But within three days of his inpatient stay, it became very apparent, their program is a joke! No individual therapy sessions, no professional psychiatric evaluation conducted, unless you consider a five minute session a true accessment, and if you ask for a second evaulation it will be deniedDo not attempt to attend any of the few group sessions, unless you have nothing to share Because if you have questions, or desire answers to your questions, no matter how bazar, remember this is a mental health hospital, you will be asked to leave! Please dont ask to schedule an appointment to have any of your concerns address for your appointment will be cancelled and you will be instantly discharged soon after No professionalism here, no mental support treatment plan here, and no acceptance for lack of advertisment here Infact, they will simply not service the patient Stick with an approved mental health inpatient center, that is anyother center but AURORA HEALTH ***There is a reason their overall *** and Revdex.com rating is out of 5!

Not pleas ed with the treatment of my hsband. I was completely shut out of his care and Dr. [redacted] would not talk to me about is medication. The doctor put my husband on medication that he had really bad side effects to. Doctor did not talk to me about medication issue until my husband was there for 8 days and then doctor wanted to know about medications and why there were not working or why my husband was having side effects to them. If doctor would of just called me on the first day after the release of information was signed there would not of been any issues. This place won't even let my husband see his children, so how the children fill like it is their fault. This place needs to be looked into and changes need to be made.
