Mrs. [redacted] called me and insisted that I stop at the Aurora BP and speak with her. She said I could stop by any time to talk to her. On my third visit to the Aurora BP, I was able to speak with her. She said the woman who was working there that day was her step daughter and did not care much about her job and that is why I had the problem. Mrs. [redacted] explained to me that if I purchase gas and walk inside, the computer would automatically take off five cents per gallon. In Mrs. Seymour's answer to the Revdex.com, she said she gave me a refund. But she did not. On Saturday, November 1st at 2 PM, I stopped by the Aurora BP to take advantage of the five cents off per gallon offer. There was a sign on the pump that said they were out of Regular gas but Premium was the same price as the regular. I walked inside to prepay for my gas to get the five cents off per gallon. The was a gentleman working with silver hair. I asked if I could a fill up of Premium gasoline. He said they were completely out of all grades of gas. When I drove by the Aurora BP the next day, there were still signs on the pump that said they were out of Regular gas but Premium was the same price as the regular. Is it too much to ask for the Aurora BP to take down the signs if they are out of gas? How long would it take to remove the signs? Five minutes? If they do not have gasoline, I feel it is misleading to post signs on the pump offer Premium gas for the price of Regular. The least they could do is take down the signs on the pumps. It would also be nice to take down the price they have posted on the sign. I still feel the Aurora BP is very misleading with it's advertising outside the store and using these signs to lure customers in.
