Our customer was advised last week that we could not be held responsible for something delivered/installed 7 years ago. I provided both tech reports to her to confirm the issue and our position on the resolution/denial. I replied to her again today with the following clarification:Mrs....

[redacted], Good morning! We are in receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.com. Unfortunately, our position has not changed. As stated before, the mattress you are referring to was delivered and installed in November 2010. Therefore, it has been in your home for more than 7 years. Any issues with set-up or delivery-related damages must be reported within 72 hours of the delivery. Any defects regarding the bed were only warranted for the first year. The mattress warranty does not cover the support systems – only the mattress and box springs themselves. The impressions reported were within normal body impressions. Regarding the supports, we have no way of knowing if this bed has been moved or disassembled and reassembled for any reason over those 7 years. As a courtesy, we did send out a technician at our expense to adjust the support. We advised that it would not eliminate, but would greatly reduce the ridge. And you were advised that this adjustment will keep it from getting worse. Should any sagging occur later on, resulting in impressions greater than 1-1/2” at any point on the mattress, we can re-visit a claim with [redacted]. However, at this time, Furnitureland South will not replace your mattress, or be issuing any credit toward the purchase of new one. Thank you, Jaye B**

schedule for delivery April 28th. A replacement china deck is also still on order and expected to arrive at FLS late May. Upon receiving we will contact our client to schedule the exchange of that piece.

Dear Revdex.com,
I would like to take this opportunity to respond to [redacted] complaint dated September 28th.
Furnitureland South acknowledges the error in which [redacted] contract...

does not show the Lane group having the Guardsman extended warranty coverage. We will get this corrected and send our customer an update invoice.
We would like to apologize for delays with the delivery. Due to scheduling conflicts the first shipment was delayed. Arrangements have been made with a common carrier to deliver the Lane group to our customer by October 14th as she requested. The common carrier will be in direct contact with [redacted] to schedule an appointment.
The Vanguard items are due to arrive at FLS approximately late November. The estimate ship date listed on our contract is approximate lead time for items once customer's own material is received at the vendor. Since these items are in production, we are unable to honor any question of cancellation without a restocking fee.
We apologize for any inconvenience the [redacted] have encounter with their order and will continue to provide them with updates as they are received.
