Review: I am contacting you with a complain about Meineke in Greensburg. Last June I took my minivan in to get my brakes fixed, and they said I needed new pads, rotors, and a right caliper (all on the front). So, I paid the $450. Then in October I was having the same exact issue, so I took it back thinking it was odd; they said I needed the same exact thing all over again, as well as a new brake hose. They said they'd replace the parts for free since I was just outside of my warranty, but I had to pay for the hose. And here we are in June again, one year since my first "repair", and guess what, I need all the same stuff AGAIN! I took it to a different shop closer to my home for a free check, and they showed me everything and asked if they really did anything. I pulled out the work receipt and showed them what they "supposedly" did, and they said it seems like they charged me for things they really didn't do, and that it is unheard of to have this happen 3 times within a year, especially since I barely drive! Frustrated with having to pay another $375 (this place offered me a discount because they felt bad), I called to speak with the owner who was very rude and mean, and had the audacity to say that I was being rude and mean?! Most certainly not; I called and simply started by very calmly stating the issue, hoping for an apology and for him to ask my name/phone number to look it up and offer to do something to make things right. Instead, as I said, he was rude and very mean, saying "I don't even know who you are"; well he never asked! If would have gone about things properly, he would have ASKED for my name, not yell at me and say I never told him my name. And then, he said he would not help me, I was not allowed back, and hung up on me!!! You do NOT, under any circumstances treat a customer in that way. He was just plain mean and rude. I will NEVER ever go back to ANY Meineke again in my life, and you better believe I will tell everyone I know not to either. Completely unbelievable!!Desired Settlement: Refund/replacement.
