I am rejecting this response because:What is stated in the response from Aurora Huddleston is not true. The water heater was leaking. Another company would not replace it if it wasn't, nor would the water company warranty it and give us a new one if it wasn't. It was very obvious when we had another company come and check the water heater that it was leaking from the bottom, underneath the heater. If they would have gotten on their hands and knees and felt under the water heater, like the company that replaced it did, they would've felt the wet area underneath and then could have seen with a flashlight where the heater was leaking. There was a water line where the water heater had leaked.Aurora Huddleston did not pull a permit when they replaced our water heater and it was not up to code.No "bad mouthing" was done when I spoke to [redacted]. Facts were simply stated, that Aurora Huddleston would not work with us on replacing the heater that was under warranty, including an extended warranty from them, on our leaky water heater. The [redacted] show offered to have one of their endorsed companies come and give us a second opinion.We are out time from work because we had to fight to get our broken water heater fixed. Each time we spoke to Aurora Huddleston they tried to come up with any excuse that it was not the water heater. If they would have inspected the bottom of the water heater like we said each time we talked to them they could've easily seen where the water heater was leaking. As I stated before the water heater was replaced, under warranty, in a matter of a few hours by the new company. The new company brought pictures with them, showing the manufacturer the leak.I simply don't understand how they can say it wasn't leaking when another company did exactly as we asked (replaced a leaky water heater under warranty). We had the water heater for approximately 18 months. The water heater, that Aurora Huddleston installed, should not have been leaking after 180 days.
