Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: 
The information [redacted] was given was that they would call if the cost was over FIFTY dollars, not 100.  Had they kept that promise, we would have told them no.  Neither lawn mower was worth much more than that.  They replaced a part that did not need replacement.  As for being upset when I called, I left a message, they called me.  Terri (from the repair place) never let me speak.  She yelled at me that they did exactly what they were told.    Nothing was ever said about paying for diagnostics.  And yes, she admitted to [redacted] they did kink the cable.  And yes, after paying $80 and $75 for two mowers that were old, we could have taken the $150 and purchased a new one with a warranty.  
The lawn mower that is still there is theirs.  We will not pay anymore.  They misrepresented themselves and have outright lied now, several times.  We no longer wish to have any contact with them.  It is not worth the time or the energy to go to small claims and, since nothing was done in writing (even though it was requested), it's their word against ours.  I would simply caution anyone wishing to do business with them to insist on a written agreement and estimate.  They are not to be trusted.
