In April of we had a small cabin shell constructed by Aurora Quality BuildingsApril 30, we contacted them with photos about water stains/spots on one of the ceiling boards upstairsWe were told it was nothingWe contacted them again on May 7, and were then told to put a piece of paper on it and if the paper wasn’t wet then it’s not a leakWe attempted to describe it not an active leak, but absorbing water and saturatingWe had dehumidifiers and winterized for fall/winterSeptember we contacted them again with photos to show that the ceiling wood had continued to absorb water and turned dark with mold/mildew spreading to some wallsMarch we contacted them again with more photos now majority ceiling and some wallsAgain told to place a paper against it and if it wasn’t wet then it’s not a leakExplained that it’s not a drip, but saturationApril emailed twice with additional photos: it now includes an area downstairs that has soaked up into our f

I ordered a shed while at the Home Show and I had to cancel my order due to person financial issuesI have tried for a few months now to get my $deposit back less the 20% cancelation fee I have left messages, sent an email, and finally a certified letter of notice of cancelation This company does not respond or call me back or when they do they leave a message " I was contacted by this number" and they do not leave a return number

We have a $500 check sitting in our office for Mr.[redacted].  Our office is open 10:00am - 7:00pm, 7 days a week.  All he needs to do is come pick it up and sign a release from any future work as Mr. [redacted] cancelled his contract.
