Please see attached Text Messages for Both [redacted] & His wife [redacted] *** I feel this complaint is eroneous And filed out of spite Just to stain & taint my status With you Due to the fact It is important to me To let all potential clients My history Local company All business conducted by referrals Revdex.com rating A+++++ Revdex.com ACCREDITED BUSINESS & most important ZERO COMPLAINTS IN years My Business industry is very Competitive And to be successful You must be determined and persistentMost people appreciate the attention And consistent follow up Which they do not receive with other Companies I have found with years experience In this field, That people's opinions , feelings , & Attitudes can change on a daily, Weekly and hourly basis , Effected by new circumstances Where they themselves have had a strange or scary exoerience , Or a close friend or family member has experienced something unerring Currently tp people or families are broken into daily in BakersfieldI am a licensed Security Agent And have a personal relationship With all of my clients I have probably been in all my clients homes about in the State of California 10-times, And frequently am invited to dinner Or parties Specifically Re Mr & Mrs [redacted] I met them on the 23rd of October About 5:pm When they were unloading there u haul I offered the free system In trade for Advertising And Mrs *** Accepted after checking with her husband Saying it sounded great And that they wanted to install a system to protect their home and family With [redacted] gone quite a bit Working out of town I returned later that night to put up a sign & decals to give them some form of protection Until we had a chance to install the system I met with Mrs [redacted] on the 25th To do preliminary paperwork and get their shell built with the Central Station Prior to install so when we sent signals The ***'s would be on line with the Monitoring Center & be protected , Rather than the signals going into Central Station none discript, with no information A blank accout ,pending install This is how I received All information on the ***'s Names , phone numbers, password for their home, email address, emergency contacts- name & numbers , home owners insurance information to send paperwork thru to their agent to get their discounts on their homeowners policy, and their prior address Install was set for Wednesday the 26th With Mrs [redacted] I Rec'd a call from Mr [redacted] Mid morning Cxling the install for that day, Stating he needed to reschedule Because he wanted to be present at the time of installalationSaturday the 29th was no good Since he had to work But the following Saturday November 5th Would be better Since he thought he would be off Thru out the next week I tied to confirm the install time Because Saturday installs are prime time And in demand - many clients request a Saturday install But I had no luck By the way - I never told or inferred to Mr [redacted] that I was going to charge him with a Rental fee for the sign & Decals ! !!! Please see the attached Text history with Both Mr [redacted] & Mrs *** In Summary My focus and specialty is going the extra mile and providing outstanding customer service to my clients , Such as getting their Alarm Permits For them so they won't be in violation and receive a $fine from the City of Bkfd I am sorry for the way Mr [redacted] feels But as I stated I feel he did this in a personal fashion to damage my image and record with the Revdex.com I doubt he really felt that he needed to warn others about me being a "Bother" Or "Nuisance" Sincerely, [redacted] S Burns [redacted] Owner Aurora Security Thank you for your help In this matter
