AUSD (Arcadia Unified School District)

I was hired as lunch staff. I'm handicapped and asked for a "Reasonable Accommodation". I asked for a cart at all school locations that I visit. I was then suspended from duty pending a "Fit for Duty test" by asking for a cart. I failed that test, because I used 1 index finger to help me stand up from a squat position. Then I was fired for not passing that test. I had been working 9 days prior to this test. That test was supposed to be given the 1st day, before hiring a new employee. I hope this gets out to everyone. AUSD IS DISCRIMINATING AGAINST ALL HANDICAP PEOPLE.
