Fantastic company! Not sure what the other reviewers were referring to in their statements but I found these guys to be nothing short of AMAZING! finished my move under estimate and even let me use a Groupon promo to save even more!! don't have any worries about using these movers! they are by far the best Ive ever hired and will be referring all my friends to them in the futureAhmed was a real pleasure to work with and even contacted me after my small move to insure I had a great experience!! Thank you AUSSIE MOVERS!!!

These guys were FANTASTIC!! not sure what kind of experience any one else has had with them but they were by FAR the best movers I've ever had!! Steven and his team did an absolutely FLAWLESS job! all of my items were moved safely, without a single spec of damage and finished faster than I had anticipated (moved from a bedroom home to a bedroom and they finished the move in 7hrs with only men!!) I will only use Aussie movers moving forward and will be sure to tell all my friends about them! Thanks guys!!!!

This company has disgusting business practices and has holds no regard for your personal propertyMy personal property was damaged beyond repair by their employess and their claims department gave a response as to why my claim was deniedThey are crooks and have no obligation to rectify any wrong doings on their partIt has cost me more to replace my property and damages to my apartment than the official cost of the moveUnprofessional and highly unethical

I was supposed to move into the storage unit and this company changed their time on when they were supposed to be there. They kept running late and finally they called and arrived at 3:50pm and they started the move, they were taking their time and I understand I had a 3 hour minimum and I was quoted 300. So we move everything and everything is going okay, well when they're about to wrap up the time and leave it's already 7:30 the guy said the total cost was $445. I told the movers that he wasn't counting the hours right and he insisted that the price was correct. Being tired, since it was already such a long day we just paid and they left the invoice on the counter. Had to run back out to the truck because they kept my card when they went to run it but said it was an accident and he just about to give it back.

The time was 3:50 to 7:30pm I saw they wrote on the invoice 4 hours and 40 minutes. They overcharged me for an hour and I called up there and spoke with numerous people, they apologized and told me they'll talk with management and get it sorted out. The manager NEVER emailed me back or even gave me a courtesy call to see if this has been resolved. It's been almost a month and they still are refusing to pay what they overcharged me. They passed me along to someone else through email an they said they'd refund me a check of $135, 5 days passed and they said oh they now don't see see a problem. But even after they said they're going to mail out the refund. They're just trying to buy more and more time without going through their obligations and paying what they overcharged me.


DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Go to Caliber moving company or anyone else but them. They're unresponsive and still haven't received my money back. They're scammers and try to come up with multiple excuses. The owner Ahmed is a horrible manager, a bad business man and it's just sad this is how this company does business.

Very unprofessional. Crooks. I purchased the groupon for 3 movers at 3 hours. I was suprised to see that only 2 men arrived at my house. 45 minutes into the job I inquired about the third man and was told that they were unaware of 3 men. I showed them my contract receipt and they deferred me to their upper management. After calling a number that they provided, I spoke to a manager who apologized and assured me that I would only be charged the 3 hour 3 man rate despite the duration that it would take to complete the move. The entire move ended up taking 4.5 hours with the 2 men. I was initially told by the movers who where on site that I would have to pay $200 for the extra time despite the managers previous reassurance. I refused to pay and spent the next 30 minutes trying to contact the manager who assured me of the initial rate that I had a printed receipt and contract for. Eventually I reached another manager who was less apologetic but reluctantly agreed to the initial contract price. At this point I was given another receipt for this price and agreed to have the amount debited from my account. Days later I noticed that they erroneously added $25 extra to my charge. When I called they said that they would credit my card and recharge it for the correct amount. I never received the credit and was charged twice. After several calls to their so called management they have still yet to credit my account. Although my bank has credited my account and filed a fraud claim, my bank has yet to recuperate the funds from Aussie movers. Stay away from this company. They are crooks.
