Ms. [redacted],Please accept my apologies. I'm truly sorry that I dropped the ball and didn't follow thru with what I said I do. I have mailed a full refund check including the additional $50 to pay for the additional grooming. I mailed it on 3/24/17 to the address provided....

Just to let you know, I tried to respond to your message that asked me if I was satisfied with the business response, however, I got a scary message on my home computer AND the one at work regarding malware, possible viruses, etc. I was unable to tell you that I AM satisfied with the resolution offered by the business. Thank you for asking. I’m sorry I could not reply because of the security messages I was receiving.
