[redacted] , Reference ID [redacted] We are a Small franchise office and depend on the revenue from each and every appointment we Schedule in order to pay our staff and cover regular business overhead.do not have any bias towards the Customer submitting this complaintWe starting providing Service to this customer October 1, and completed our last appointment with him on December 1, made a business decision to not provide service to this customer for the following reasons.1.) Over the five year period he scheduled a total of sixteen grooming appointments with usand canceled eight of them the day before or the actual day our service was to be provided.Each appointment required me to schedule five hours with one of our groomers and when they were canceled at the last minute, it left that groomer with nothing to do for the majority of the day2.) Of the eight actual appointments that were kept, six of them were paid with a check thatwas returned due to insufficient funds or a Credit card that was declinedA couple of these times it took up to two months to be paid in full.On June 23, he contacted me requesting serviceI reminded him that in June the last time he scheduled with us and again canceled the day before service, I told him we would not be Scheduling anymore appointments for himI asked who has been grooming his dogs since we were there in December and he replied with competitors name but he wanted to use us againexplained he should continue with the service he is using and wished him well
