neighbors right of way over the driveway preventing them leaving the premise Austex immediately redirected its current job line up to accommodate the emergency job Once the job was assessed and approval had been cleared for the immediate removal from the management company, Austex took care of the matter same dayNot only was the job emergency status , with rain falling, and neighbors trapped in their home, all work to be completed was approvedThere are no licensed arborist companies with million dollars of property insurance and workman comp that would have completed this immediate work for less than the charged amount Austex is not in the business of taking advantage of any of its customers, hence our star rating by all other Yelp reviewers Austex has been is business for years and has never had a complaint of such magnitude in a negative lightWe do feel that this matter was simply a communication error for approval between the owners of the rental home and their management company that approved the work Austex is committed to fair and excellent service to the community to which we service and respect.Regards, Austex Tree Service
