I am rejecting this response because: The issue is the way the items were packaged, and not transported.  Nothing else in the pod was damaged, and we have indisputable photographic evidence of the poor frame packaging.  The specific damage to the frames is consistent with the poor packaging.  The frames were very likely damaged before they even left the house in Pflugerville.  In addition, my wife received clear instruction that the organization would reimburse explicitly for any damage due to packaging.   Last, I am very disappointed given that the organization assured me that they would be calling me back to offer some sort of refund shortly after I submitted this complaint.  That was an outright lie.  I can assure you that all of these items are being documented with the goal of escalation to a point of authority if a resolution isn't agreed upon soon.
