Unless Austin Air returned the FULL amount paid by *** *** *** *** ("AEHF") versus the "correct" amount, which I was told by *** at Austin would be minus certain charges incurred by Austin Air that was not the sole responsibility of AEHF, my complaint is not resolved and Austin Air continues to assume no responsibility for not processing my order in a timely manner

I apologize for the confusion surrounding this order. We have dealt directly with the dealer (*** *** *** ***) regarding the Austin Air product that was sold to *** *** ***. The dealer has been refunded the correct amount by Austin Air.
Additionally, the dealer has refunded the customer the complete amount of their purchase. Please let me know if additional assistance is neededBest regards, *** ** *** VP Sales Austin Air Systems Limited

Austin Air does not sell direct on our site.  Orders through our site are fulfilled by dealers.  The dealer mistakenly shipped the unit to the billing address instead of the shipping address.  Austin Air did not process the customer's credit card and therefore we do not have the funds...

to issue a refund.  The dealer has already issued a refund and the customer should receive this in the next few business days.  Given that Monday is a holiday, I wouldn't expect the customer to see a refund before Tuesday, September 8th.  This customer has also spoken to our sales manager who has given him this information as well.  At this point, I don't believe Austin Air can do anything further.

You can’t promise and advertise money to be deposited on a card in 2 hours and then mail me a check. I’m requesting that my fees be waived for filing my taxes with Jackson Hewitt this year. They have false advertisement.

Our needs and expectations were discussed with the sales person in September 2015, so we believed the cleaner would do the job we needed it to do.  I tested that the filter was properly seated.  When I first started talking to Mike on the call of 9/12, he made it sound like he would send us a new filter.  Later he said he would pro-rate a new filter.  He did mention sending the unit in for inspection and repair, but nothing about paying for the shipping.  As I had told him, my sister [redacted] has the final say on this, and all things considered, I agree with her now.  We do not want the machine.  We want our money back.

Unfortunately [redacted] card flipped her to mailing a check due to privacy act I do not have the authority to divulge. My Area Manager did try to speak with Ms. [redacted] but she kept...

screaming and yelling and the manager could not get a word in. The manager asked her several times to calm down or she would end the call.
