Hello [redacted] , I did receive the letterThis particular sale has been blown out of context with the customer The customer was wanting to transfer the title into their ma me and they for some reason thought the car had two vin#s in which I showed them proof of the correct title and vin#I believe they filed this complaint before the proofwas provided.I also saved text messages from the conversation as to them admitting they were wrongSo the title is being transferred into their name this week--------------------------------------------

The complaint was filed was due to the customer asking for her titleOur company transferred her title and mailed it to the address that was given to us We tried explaining the process and she did not understand The processThe vehicle is registered into her nameIf any other info is
