IN REGARD TO TO YOUR LETTER DATED JULY ATTACHED IS THE PROOF OF INSPECTION AND AS IS FORM THAT MISS ONYINE SIGNED THAT SHE BOUGHT THIS CAR AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTYAPART FROM ALL THIS WE OFFERED HER TO BRING THE CAR TO MY MECHANIC AND WILL TRY TO LOOK IF THEIR IS ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR BUT THEIR WASN'T ANY RESPONSE THIS WAS THE ODOMETER READING 208,mi WHEN WE BOUGHT THE CAR AND WHEN WE SOLD IT ,IT WAS mi WE DROVE AROUND MILES TO CHECK THE CAR I WOULD AGAIN SUGGEST THROW Revdex.com THAT THEIR MIGHT B A MINOR ISSUE WHICH CAN BE FIXED IF ITS NOT ALREADY FIXED BECAUSE CAR WE SOLD WAS A NICE CAR WITH ENGINE TRANSMISSION AND AC ETC WAS WORKING FINE, BUT AS A PRACTICE WE SELL ALL CARS NEW OR OLD AS IS AND MAKE IT CLEAR TO CUSTOMER ITS CUSTOMER,S DISCRETION TO BUY A THIRD PARTY WARRANTY FOR THE CAR IF THEY WANT TO THANKS AND HOPE IT ANSWER ALL YOUR CONCERNS THANK YOU -- Austin Auto Sales [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: Austin Auto Sales says they sold the car for $I paid $for the productThis amount includes taxes, title fee, license fee, and documentary fee.Austin Auto Sales says the car passed inspectionI would like to know when the car passed inspection and see proof of itThe fact that the car was sold as is does not mean I should be sold a broken vehicleThe car has not served any purpose since I bought itI have had a number of mishapsI have had to jump start the carThe battery has had to be changedI have had to tow the car to a mechanicThe problem still persistsSomething was wrong the car before I bought itAustin Auto Sales was not transparent at the time the sale was made. Now, I will have the car towed to a *** *** and have a report drawn upThis will be uploaded as soon as possible
