Dear Sir:
The *** brought their Hyundai to us and we could find nothing wrong with it so they drove it awaySometime later they had additional trouble and asked us to tow the vehicle in to our shop which we did in March, We gave them an initial estimate of what it could possibly
costAt that time they wanted a more exact estimate of what it would costWe informed them that the transmission would have to be removed and disassembled to learn what parts would be needed and the amount of labor it would require to repair their vehicle because the transmission is a closed unitWe asked them for $of earnest money before we could start workThey have not done this and we have not done any workThey were free to pick up their car at any time if they would pay the towingThey have abandoned their vehicle since March with little or no contact We are in the business to repair vehicles and not store themIf the *** will contact us and pay for the towing and a reasonable amount of storage we would be elated to have them pick up their Hyundai

Customer brought us their van to fix their transmission. Due to the nature of the customer having their insurance company involved with the repair, we were only able to move forward once we receiveded approval from their insurance company. We had to provide the insurance company and customer with...

information and wait for approval. Once we finally received the approval there was only a delay on receiving payment to our company our company. Once we received the correct payment for the van we notified the customer their vehicle was ready. They did not pick up their vehicle for over a week once the repair and payment were completed. We apologize for the inconvenience , but due to the nature of the customer's insurance company being involved with the repair it added much additional time.

transmission for the Taurus. We did our best to repair his car with the parts that were available and to stay within his budget. We have stood behind the work that we have done and honored his warranty. The different problems of Mr. [redacted]' vehicle did not stem from our initial repair, but we have tried to work with him and we have not charged him for much of the work we have done. With a car as old as Mr. [redacted]' Taurus many things can and do go wrong and they have nothing to do with the transmission. Mr. [redacted] is not owed a refund. We have done nothing except work with him to keep his car on the road.
