Review: I am disappointed that your customer service agent was not available to answer questions when we called about your service. We were visiting Austin on 3/21/14 and "rented" the bikes thinking, as your stickers indicated on the rental machines, that we could use the bike for 30 minutes without charge. We did and were DISAPPOINTED that was not the case. when I called customer service and left a message, I received a phone call 2 days later and was told we would be charged for the bike. Had I known this we would not have signed up for the program. I was told the kiosk explained everything about the service but try standing at the kiosk when the sun hits the screen and tell me if you can read the fine print. I will be sure to pass the word about your misleading company through [redacted] and [redacted]. I will NEVER use your service again and will lodge a complaint on the Austin's Revdex.com!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and no membership for this service.
