Back in April we had Austin Bluffs flooring do our carpet and hardwoodWe have had nothing but problems we were promised that it would be scratch free and that is not true for the hardwood to carpet has all lifted up apparently the business has sold and there is a new owner I also believe the old owner double charged me which is not rightAnd now I am dealing with the new owners to fix the carpet lifting up and they have been here two times and every time they come it lifts up more it is getting worse not to mention all the no-shows or blowing me off like they really don't care I do not think this business is going to make it much longer if they continue to treat customers like this I do understand that they are The new owners but somebody needs to be responsible for the horrible job they got done to our house We were never given any paperwork the new owner said he would get that to me and he never did also the new owner said he would get a sales rep out to look at the hard
I paid $to David *** for some flooring He was going to deliver but the wood was bad He said I could get a refund or come by and pick out something else I went by the shop and picked out another product Since then I can't reach the owner (David) by phone or when I go by the shop No one has been at the shop for over a week His cell phone (on his business card) has been disconnected and the cell phone number of his Step Dad that he gave me no one answered that number I would like my money back
We recently had flooring put in by Austin Bluffs Flooring The floor looks great, the workmen were friendly and any small problems we had were quickly resolved Thank you David for a job well done!
We ordered luxury vinyl flooring from Austin Bluffs Flooring through David *** June 16, He took a down payment by card of $ Delivery was promised in about - weeksWe were given verbal confirmation that installation would finally be on 7/20, When the installer didn't come that day, we went to the store to find it dark, the voice mail box was full, and the neighboring business said they had not been there all weekThe installer Jeff *** (***) contacted us this week (7/24/17) to say that he along with several others had also been duped, including other installers, suppliers and landlord
