response to complaint id [redacted] Mr [redacted] and one of my ex employees [redacted] were army buddiesMr [redacted] contracted [redacted] to do some work in his upstairs bathroom [redacted] asked if we could assist him with this projectWe went to the property and moved plumbing around to re position his toilet and added a shower and toilet at this time their demo was not yet complete or the framing of their wallsTwo weeks later we came back to set a claw foot tub that the customer ordered and had in the house waitingturns out that the tub was missing two bracket bars for the feet and had to be orderedwe did hook the tub up so Mrs [redacted] could use the watershe also had a contractor working on the tile floorwe were called back about days later and found the tub drain unhookedApparently the tile guy was working on the floor and pulled the tub out of the drain.we installed the tub with the new brackets and hooked the drain back upMrs [redacted] asked us to come back after they framed the walls to re position some drains to match up with the framingShe also told us that she had to fire the framer cause he was drinking on the job and was on house arrest and cut his bracelet off We went over there for the fourth time and re positioned the drains she asked forall this was done on July 1st and from what was known they were satisfied with the workThen on 10/18/Mr [redacted] called me and said he had to have some work done and I owed him $Like previously stated as far as I was aware they were satisfied and the work had been finished four over four months with no word from themI will not give any refund as we were not informed of any further problems and as this job was not our job we hold no warranty on this job Mr [redacted] does we were simply there to lend a handThank you [redacted] Austin Bryan Plumbing ###-###-####

We went out and took care of the problem and didn't charge the customerAs far as I know issue is resolved [redacted] ***

Notes:
We take care of veterans, we can only have the ramp down for a very short
period of time on weekends.
The veterans use the wheel chair ramp monday - friday for Adult day Care,
doctor visits etc.
There are 2 Vets living in the
house, they are 85+ years old. 
This makes this job very time sensitive.
We paid $600 to the ramp company, to move the ramp Friday evening.
At 10:47PM Austin [redacted] Plumbing
sent an e-mail stating they could not start on the job Saturday Morning.I didn't want to have the ramp reassembled, without having the work done. I gave Austin [redacted] the option to do the work on Sunday.  Saturday evening they sent an email. saying they could not start Sunday
AM.We had to have the ramp reassembled
for the Vet's Monday AM.
We paid out $600, on the word of
Austin [redacted] Plumbing to start and  Saturday.  We thought we were hiring a professional Plumber,  obviously they are not, Austin [redacted] could care less that we are out $600.If Austin [redacted] lived up to their contract with us, we would be in the position.

We can do this job on Saturday 3/11.
And will be done same day. We will need the wheel chair ramp moved the sewer
goes right beside it. And is 8 ft deep so there will be a lot of dirt . The
ramp will be in the way.
