Dear Revdex.com, Want to clarify a few things regarding this complain We do assist our customers freely with written exams for a commercial driver’s licenseWe provide them with documentation and practice examsThis assistance is for our customers only! We don’t just hand over these tests freely to anyone who walks in the doorBut to our customers, we give it to them at no costWe do however request a down payment of $that will go towards their CDL license which is $that’s how we know they are serious about the program This specific customer came to our office and signed for the program and put $towards the program fee which is $as requestedNo one forced him to pay for the program, he seemed very interestedWe told him that the written exams and material were free of charge if he signed up for the courseHe signed up and left with the CDL materialOn the application form we have a no refund policy which he signed, in the event he changed his mind and did not want to proceed with the programWe have a copy of that form with customer’s signature Since customer did take our written exams, we will be more than happy to refund half of the disputed amount--$ Hope this will resolve this issue Thanks [redacted]

these tests freely to anyone who walks in the door. But to our customers, we give it to them at no cost. We do however request a down payment of $300.00 that will go towards their CDL license which is $1300.00. that’s how we know they are serious about the program.
This specific customer came to our office and signed for the program and put $300.00 towards the program fee which is $1300.00 as requested. No one forced him to pay for the program, he seemed very interested. We told him that the written exams and material were free of charge if he signed up for the course. He signed up and left with the CDL material. On the application form we have a no refund policy which he signed, in the event he changed his mind and did not want to proceed with the program. We have a copy of that form with customer’s signature.
 
Since customer did take our written exams, we will be more than happy to refund half of the disputed amount--$150.00.
