I am responding to complaint about my business. I tried to log in and take care of it this way but was unable to This complaint is not valid, the customer wanted us to put a white sticker back on a water damaged phone so she can warentee it
with Apple. This is very unethical, the sticker came off while we were doing the cleaning (the main board has to be soaked in a non water based solution). I offered to put one back on, but to "trip" the coloring again. She is lying about us saying we will do it for extra money. This was NEVER discussed, nor would we compromise my morals for money *** This is the video of this customer@ 2:we clearly state we will put the sticker on the phone@ 3:we clearly state again we WILL put sticker on again@ 3:again stated 3:I explain what they want us to do is unethical Water clean is also $30, not $35.
