Took $1500 in cash and $300.00 of materials we paid for to complete a bathroom remodel. Completed o% of project. No contact after payment. On 10/10 signed contract to complete bathroom for $800. Were paid $400 in cash. Met them on 10/21/13 at [redacted] and paid for $300 in materials that they loaded in their vehicle. Cut a hole n our floor to relocate commode and took out tub. Cracked the tiled walls above the tub during removal and could not relocate commode. Told us that the job would be an additional $1100 to finish since the tile job was now 3 x bigger. We paid it and they promised to return on the 27th of October to complete n 2 days. We called repeatedly they never showed up or answered our calls. We used a friends cellphone and finally got an answer and once more they promised to be here on Monday. Never answered that phone number again. Our son fixed the hole in the floor and that s all that has been done. Out 1800 + and have a nonworking bathroom at present. They also never gave us the materials and took a part from a new sink we had purchased rendering it unusable.Desired SettlementThey were here 3 times total and deserve nothing since they left us with a huge hole in our bathroom floor, damaged wall tiles and no working fixtures. We want a refund of our money (1500)and return of the materials we paid for (301.00)and the part to our expensive sink so it can be used.
