Review: Photographer failed to deliver photos that were to be included in wedding photos CD. My husband and I realized the photos were missing within 24hours of receipt of the CD, we called and sent an email informing the photographer of the missing photos. We attempted to schedule a pick-up time during one of my weekend visits to [redacted]. All attempts to schedule an appointment have been unsuccessful. With the exception of one time, we've received no response. We have emailed, left voice messages, sent messages via the photographer's website's "contact us" page and messaged via her Facebook page with no response. I also attempted to stop by the studio last weekend while in [redacted], I live in New York. It appears the studio has moved and the number I have has been disconnected, but the website and Facebook pages remain active. When I discovered this, I sent another message asking for the photos to be delivered electronically. Again, no response. This is disappointing because the quality of work is excellent but the service has consistently be subpar with slow response time and even slower delivery. The family photo is incredibly important. We stressed this during consultations for the CD because it is the ONLY family photo that was captured and we were assured it was on the CD we were provided.Desired Settlement: I would like the photos that were omitted from our disc, that my husband and I identified to be included in our photo CD delivered to us immediately-upon receipt of the complaint. The omitted photos are:1. Bride's family photo2. Sketch artist3. Bride, groom and wedding coordinator
