This is 2014-AGWCS board responding the complaint
AGWCS is a non-profit school fully operated by several board volunteers who are representives of parentsEach September, members of the board are partially replaced by some new members for the
next school year. After we received the complaint, current board particularly held a meeting regarding past/current parents mailing lists last SundayWe concluded that the frustrated parent still received email from us because of some miscommunication during the transition of two boards or a defect of our mailing list set up systemWe have already brainstormed a solution and laid out a development plan. It will be solved very soon.
AGWCS will continue improving our service in order to offer better services to the community. Thank you so much for informing us.
