The last communication we had with **. [redacted] was in June 2012 before this current correspondence.  We have always responded to all her previous calls and had a representative out to her home to access/correct the situation she had called about.  The last correspondence with **. [redacted] was...

a letter we mailed to her on 6/22/12 (Letter Attached).  Our Field Manager, [redacted], had met with her and discussed one area of gutters and leaf protection that she was having issues with.  **. [redacted] had recommended that we replace the "L" section on her home with a larger gutter & the improved next generation leaf protection product at no charge.  He also stated if she liked the replacement of the "L" section that we would also replace the rest of her system on the house so it would all match. **. [redacted] also reminded her that normal maintenance to the roof & roof line was needed which is just normal roof maintenance but she would not have to clean inside the gutters because that is what the life time warranty in tells is the inside of the gutters. After we sent the letter and the new contract (Contract attached) to perform the suggested work we never heard anything back from **. [redacted] stating she would like us to do this work.  Also, she is requesting a refund of $3500 but her original cost of the job was only $1600 (Contract attached).  We would love to resolve this as we had suggested back in June of 2012 but if **. [redacted] doesn't want to do that we would also agree to refund her a fair amount of money.  We believe a fair amount would be based on the original contract amount minus 15 years of use of the product.  Sincerely,[redacted]Vice President[redacted]

We have spoken to [redacted] and we are currently working at her home today(9/1) and are planning to complete the project by 9/9 barring weather delays.  We have also offered her a 10% discount for the delays.  Ms. Hagan has agreed to these terms via email.Sincerely,[redacted]Austin...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Austin Gutterman is at my house working now, and they committed to finish the work, barring weather delays, by Wednesday,  September 9, 2015.  They have also offered to give me a discount for the entire cost of the project to make up for the delays I have endured.Our house is the most expensive investment my husband and I own, and more importantly,  it is our home.  We look forward to the completion of this project, and to our house having new gutters and improved drainage.Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.
