My Mazda that I bought new back then, and had diligently paid off on time still has a lien on it I lost the title a few years ago while moving after my divorce & can't get another one, here in AZ, because they say there is still a lien on it! But I had paid everything off on time & received nothing from them

I purchased a car it's a Plymouth NeonI had a loan with the company that was paid off years ago but I never received the title or letter of the lien releaseI would like to sell the vehicle but the oregon DMV will not allow me to do so until I have a lien release letter from Franklin Capital which appears to be out of businessI would like to try to get this situation resolved so that I could sell the vehicle

I think Franklin Capital CorpW S Ste 500,Salt lake city, Utah is no longer in businessi tried for all those number on website, they no longer work
I had loan with them and paid off but did not receive paid off letter or Car title from them I loaned on Sep24,for Toyota Camry model from The Hertz Corporation, Desplaines,ill-went to DMV for car title but they need letter for paid off loan
