Miriam, I am in receipt of the complaint referenced aboveI am responding as requested: The complainant is making some statements here that do not make sense to meWe have been to his home multiple times and each time we find his heating system workingHe is very challenging to deal with and
extremely disrespectful especially towards womenHe even stated while speaking to a woman at my company that he needs to speak to a man to get things doneIn today’s world that is totally un called forHe is extremely loud and belligerent over the phone and attempts to educate us on how our business is being done wrong etc and he refused to answer a question with any detailAll he states is that his heat doesn’t work and when we go to his home we find it working and when we go to explain that to him he gets upset and starts taking video of the technicianIt is our right to walk away and not be filmed and my understanding is permission would need to be granted before he films usThe manner in which he speaks to us makes it very challenging to assist him furtherI am not sure what else I can do to rectify this issueMaybe a rep from Revdex.com can speak with him and find out what he is really experiencing“my heat don’t work” is not helping us as when we show up to the home it does workAlso note, this transaction was through a home warranty company, we did not sell this person his HVAC unitPlease review and adviseThank you *** *** President Austin Heating and Air Inc
