to continue. The invoice he received also advised his IS on recurring shipments. (please see attached.) On 5/6/15 Mr [redacted] called customer service to cancel. He was advised that he may return the product but the return is at his own cost as he was advised of the terms and conditions at the time of the purchase and given the information again in writing. mr [redacted] did return the product and has been refunded for the product. Shipping and handling is not refundable and is the responsibility of the consumer. Mr [redacted] will not receive any further orders and has been marked to avoid any future billings/orders. We regret we were unable to resolve this without escalation
