I am rejecting this response because: When I talked to Austin Hybrid Battery they stated that they made their batteries on sight, and did not use batteries from other sourcesThey did not indicate that there was a shortage of these batteries since the batteries were made on siteOnce I since a picture of my Mother I was sent another price, and the difference in price was not due to the senior discount because the senior discount was only 5%The price I was quoted was $1,and the senior discount was $and they sent me the invoice of 1,After the received my mothers IDrhe price was raised to $2,That is an increase of over 36% and it was not the senior discount increaseThis was just a racial basis and a move to rap me offI've sent copies of the emails with both quotes from Austin Hybrid BatteryI've already used another company in Austin to replace my Mothers battery

We apologize if you felt mislead at any point during our conversation, this was clearly a miscommunication and we are working on our verbiage to negate any further issuesIn regards to your possible order, we are still honoring a senior discount and we always will. If you are still interested in our services, our senior discount will apply. Again, we apologize if you understood differently. We will never discriminate any client. Based upon your possible order, we did not have a hybrid battery on site and would have to build one, requiring more time and service causing a change in price. We indicated this to you, as soon as we knew, which at that time you regretfully declined and cancelled your service order.If client is still interested in a senior discount, we are always glad to honor that. Our pricing fluctuates based on availability not age, race or religion. Our pricing listed online, clearly indicates that prices start at various price points based upon availability and service options.We, at Austin Hybrid Battery, pride ourselves in providing superior customer service.
