Austin Jordan Engines

I had a 6cyl engine rebuilt in 11/22/13 $4200.00 by 11000 miles 10/25/14 had it back there for a spun rod bearing. Now again at 23000. miles later having a rist pin knock Austin is saying that it is 3 year 36000 mile warranty back to the original rebuild date of 11/22/13 but on the web site it says 3years unlimited and does not say 36000 miles. To me the warranty should start all over again at the second time 10/25/14 when they fixed it the second time.
