Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I was able to pull Ms. [redacted] account and see that we initially spoke with her on 8/16/16 regarding the issue that she was having with her pens. We advised Ms. [redacted] that we would email her a prepaid return label so she could return what she had...

left so we could have our quality department inspect them for defects. The prepaid return label was emailed to her that day which provided a tracking number of [redacted]. The package is schedulded for delivery on 8/22/16 which we will have them inspected and follow up with her providing her the outcome of the investigation. Again thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

In regards to the defective pieces in the order, there are notes about this.  The customer was sent a prepaid UPS label via email on 3/4/16 to return the defective pieces for inspection, however, we have not yet received the return.  We will need to have the defective pieces returned in order to issue any further credits. If the customer did not receive the return label, he may call our Customer Care team at [redacted] to make arrangements for the return.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I pulled the account and show that the order was confirmed and submitted online to place the order on 9/12/17. When the email was received the order had already completed and shipped out on the the 13th. At that point the order was already shipped...

and too late to cancel or locate the order on the truck to have it scrapped. We have noted the account that it was too late to cancel and that the shipment will be refused. Once the shipment is received back at our facility the invoice will be credited in full and you will not be held responsible for the invoice.
