I was there personally myself and made sure that the grass clippings are returned into the lawn as it is my policy not to leave any grass clippings on sidewalks, streets, driveways etcI do not usually allow blowing of clippings away from the house as it will end up at a neighbors or on the streets
out of respect Those grass clippings also helps with the health of the lawn in the long term, adding nutrients and keeping the base moisture for longer periods of time.Because she asked us not to come for about a month, the grass was taller than normal It was also dry As a result, there were more clippings than usual It was also windy that day and we cannot really control where the clippings land We did not “dump” the clippings in the mulched areas on purpose Monthly services are usually an upgrade, and I did not charge her “extra” because of the taller grass due to longer periods in between visits.We always exceed HOA expectations and this visit was no different If she wanted her mulch beds “spotless” after each visit, that would be considered a “White Glove Service” of which will be an upgrade to the Basic Lawn Care service we have been providing at her request.I am more than happy to send her a full refund and put this into closure As soon as I return to Austin, I will write a check to her My apologies for such an inconvenience to anyone Happy New Year to everyone!
