Revdex.com:Tell me this, how was the motor installed the second trip when I moved NOTING in the garage???? He said the pallets of tile where in the way, which I told [redacted] was a LIE.  I wasted an entire day dealing wit waiting from 9am to 3:45 then to not even get it done! Your company false represents the Revdex.com on your sign and your website. You have horrible reviews all over the Internet and now I love see why

Sent: Friday, November 06, 2015 1:01 PM Subject: RE: Houston Revdex.com Complaint Record Restoration Jacobs Overhead Door   On 9-29-15  we installed the garage door.   One 10-7-15 we tried to install the motors but there were several pallets of material in the way.  As I explained previously the installer was not comfortable installing the motors with the material in the way.  If the installers are worried about damaging the homeowner’s material then they will not install.  Also by having to work around items in the garage is a hazard that some are not willing to take.   I did see pictures and they are inside the garage and directly in front of the garage door opening.  That is why the 1st installer did not do the work.   On 10-12-15 another installer went and installed the motors.  If the material was moved or the 2nd installer was not worried about the material I do not know.  But the job was completely installed on 10-12-15.

I'm sorry they feel that we didn't get their doors in a timely manner. Any custom order door always has a lead time of 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. When the manufacturers notify us of the doors being delivered to them we have our warehouse person scheduled to pick up the doors.  Our scheduler was on...

vacation when the doors arrived and I may have not followed all the steps and contacted them as soon as I should have.  But when I got the call from the customer I scheduled to have the doors picked up and scheduled their install within 2 days.  Door has been installed and motor has been installed.  We can look into better ways to keep the customer better informed in the future.  Lori [redacted]
