The missing items are in claims process with ***This is trueNothing has been resolved with the missing items yetThe piano and sewing machine have been fixed at this timeThis is trueMy complaints about the company still stand in regards to advertising and bad customer serviceMy piano would not have sustained damage if they would have packed or the way they advertisedThey also left trash in my front yardI have photo evidence of all these incidencesThe missing items were initially not missingThey found them that day and promised to send them to me via UPS with a tracking numberNone of that occurred and then they claimed they were missing weeks laterThey promised to resolve the issue with me personally, and find my items, which never happenedAt that time I notified them I was contacting the Revdex.com and my lawyer, at which point they sent the claim to ***My case is not resolvedIt is in reviewThey have not been forthcoming with me and my complaints still stand

her claim to our claims administrator [redacted] with [redacted] so that they could assist her. Her claim status is in review and they have been in contact with [redacted]. We did hire a company to fix the damages to her piano and sewing machine and those were already taken care. Everything has been handled in a timely manner and following the federal law that we are required to follow.
