argumentative about the situationWe will not refund due to being told it was non refundableIf they would have been willing to wait just a bit to have the car removed from storage there would have been no problem loading it for them but the complainant refused to allow us to use the tow truck we had here at the lot and wanted only a rollback when the stick wrecker that was a lot was perfectly capable of towing it out of storage lot and loaded for him as it's the tow truck that towed the car into our lot to begin with

There was no deposit required,I paid dollars good faith money,owner stated that his wife,who does receipts was not available.NO receipt was given or implied.Called and texted the next morning and *** called back around 11:and stated vehicle would be ready to load at 3:Arrived at set time and vehicle had not been moved,waited for additional hour and thirty minutes.There was no discussion about no refunds.The vehicle was being sold without title.I realize that 100% refund not always best route at this point for what had already been done .I asked for half and was refused and told to leave the property which I did

Vehicle is still here and can be loaded with the stick wrecker and will be done if vehicle still wantedAll deposits are non refundable in order to hold a vehicle otherwise vehicles can and will be sold to next buyer if someone else is interestedYou were not satisfied that a different wrecker would be used which is 100% capable of being usedA rollback is NOT required and we are a towing company that does get unexpected calls which happened the day of pickup so rollback was not here and gone on a call when you arrived and you refused to the stick wrecker to be used to get car out of storage and loaded

They will never except that they were wrong,my solution is to donate the hundred dollars to the cancer fund in the name of ***'s mother and my father ,but I doubt they will.I am done with this and them
