They did not tension the garage door spring to the correct force so it damaged the garage door opener. They would not come out and do it properly after 90 days without charging a service fee saying that the warranty was for only 30 days. They have changed company names in order not to service the products which the sell under a lifetime warranty. The previous name was Austin Home Garage Doors.
