Ms [redacted] made a reservation for October and we sent our driver to Southwestern University Grogan & Betty Lords Apartments [redacted] *** with numerous attempts to contact Ms [redacted] via email also 15-phone calls along with voice mail messages from myself as well as our driver with no response from Ms [redacted] , we had our driver wait at location until 12am 10/21/then our driver returned back for the nightOn October I received a phone call at 10:from Ms [redacted] and another person who only express there displeasure with me and SCREAMING and CURSING without allowing me to respond to anything just requesting a refund onlyAlso many calls there after with Threats not open to any options that I tried to give them several times to no availOn 10/25/& 10/26/we issued Ms [redacted] a complete refund of $Upon request we can provide documents stating that we only wanting to provide Ms [redacted] with the services that she requested

messages from myself as well as our driver with no response from Ms. [redacted], we had our driver wait at location until 12am 10/21/17 then our driver returned back for the night. On October 21 2017 I received a phone call at 10:30 from Ms. [redacted] and another person who only express there displeasure with me and SCREAMING and CURSING without allowing me to respond to anything just requesting a refund only. Also many calls there after with Threats not open to any options that I tried to give them several times to no avail. On 10/25/17 & 10/26/17 we issued Ms. [redacted] a complete refund of $470.00. Upon request we can provide documents stating that we only wanting to provide Ms. [redacted] with the services that she requested.
