I had been driving a huge, rental truck with my car in tow on the back from am to pm it was too late to argue with a dumb man, who clearly was stealing & taking advantage by over charging meI never called him over their phone; he is a "Liar" I showered and went to bed about 1:am I had to haul my stuff in first and walk my dogHe has made up his story about me; falsely accusing me! [redacted] has a sick mind; [redacted] has a dirty mouth with words that fit satan; the owner is from another country and also has a mind like [redacted] (steal & take advantage of people, advertising, dirty place, cuss & name call people, lack of mental stability, blame the victims, etc.)

This lady customer checked in at around 11.15 pm She used a washroom and turned upside down the whole bed before renting the room. When [redacted] heard a dog barking in her rental truck he told her she cannot rent that room as we don't allow...

dogs/pets in all rooms and particularly that room which [redacted] had offered her to rent. She was told to pay [redacted] as pet cleaning fee and which had had endorsed to pay on check-in credit card slip. We do advertise rates in front of building from [redacted] and up for single bed with conditions. She was given another room for her pet dog. and then she want to blame all the [redacted] world and calling motel 20 times and calling names to [redacted]. what you can do just hear the abuses.... NO. Mr. [redacted] hit back.
Ms [redacted] had option of not staying even after and upto 10-15 minutes of checkin and would have been refunded whole refund as per general motel policies around. but she stayed and then complaining... may God Bless her....
