If you love to have nonstop harassing phone calls for years from xxxxx radio and car warranty companies after you so graciously purchased a vehicle from Keffer or even had your service work performed by Keffer, then this is the place to do business with. If you value your privacy and do not want your personal information given to the entire world then buyer beware and stay away! If you must use this business but want to maintain your privacy, give them a bogus name and phone number. Here's the deal: I purchased a vehicle from them in 2013. I did not consciously give this dealership the authority to sell my information to xxxxx or any other third party provider. When the calls started, I immediately called the dealership and asked them to remove my private information from their database and to stop xxxxx and other third party companies from contacting us. The calls were unrelenting and would not stop. We are presently involved with class action lawsuit against xxxxx to stop the harassing calls. Well guess what? I had a dealership service my vehicle in xxxxx, Tennessee in October. We received a letter from xxxxx stating "as a thank you for bringing in your xxxxx for a service visit on October 2016, xxxxx and 13 are giving you a Free 2-month Trial Subscription." My heart sank. Please NO! not again!!! I immediately contacted the dealership in xxxxx, TN who swore up and down they did not give out our information. They advised to contact Chysler. I spoke with over four different customer service agents and they all assured me Chrysler did not give xxxxx our private information but they did say they had no control over dealership franchises and called the xxxxx, TN facility to verify our information was not given out by them. I was stumped. Ok, I know someone from Chrysler informed xxxxx about having our car serviced and someone gave out our personal private information again. So, against my better judgement, I contacted xxxxx through their privacy policy representative to make sure our information was eliminated from their database forever. I ask the representive who gave them the information about our recent service call in October 2016, and she said Keffer - the dealership that sold our vehicle. Apparently when we had our vehicle serviced at the xxxxx, TN dealership, their computer notified Keffer which automatically, I assume, sent the information to xxxxx and any other third party vendor. I immediately contacted Keffer and had to call five times before I was able to reach the sales manager. When I gave the information to the sales manager, he denied all allegations. When I told him about the non stop barrage of calls from xxxxx and car warranty companies and that your dealership violated my privacy and gave them this information, the manager's response was they can obtain the information from the DMV. I immediately advised the sales manager that he was being untruthful because they were calling on a private phone number registered to a third party. DMV nor public records would have record of that phone number and the only possible source was your dealership. The sales manager said no one calls me a liar and hung up on me without verifying our private information was eliminated from their database. I immediately called back customer service with xxxxx, they called the dealership and attempted to reach the Sales Manager but he refused to take their call. I asked that a formal complaint be filed with Chrysler corporate office. Upon further research since Chrysler denied giving out any information to third parties, I found a lawsuit filed against xxxxx due to the harassing calls and apparently xxxxx was named in the suit being vicariously liable due to the actions of xxxxx. Guess who has a xxxxx dealership in xxxxx? Does Keffer ring a bell? Are their computers interchangeable with information from Keffer Chrysler? I can assure you my right to privacy struggle will not stop here until I am 100% satisfied Keffer has remedied this situation.

Fraudulent company if you ask me, I mean my fiancé and I went into Keffer on 2/21/15 seeking an 03’ Camry we saw online cars.com for $6,400. When we got there the salesman [redacted] informed my fiancé that the vehicle was 10,900. Not to mentioned the vehicle was ready to view once we had gotten there (hell a made a call before arriving), & the bumper was hanging off by a thread. So after what seemed to be a debate about the price the salesman came back and forth about what he could do for the pricing to get it as close to the $6,400 price we original saw online. Finally he comes to us with a Vehicle Purchase Agreement and Invoice for the wrong vehicle for $7,800.00! They honestly tried to play us by thinking we weren’t going to look over the paperwork for a 06’ Camry with more miles than the 03’. I have the paperwork as I type this and if I had access to scan the paperwork and attach it to the review I would. Just beware of this company please!

On March the 3rd I brought in my 98Jeep GrandCherokee Laredo in to be serviced. It is excellent condition with 164k original miles...10+ years of which, it was under the tarp since my Desert Storm tours/ service.

The CSR and /or mechanic quoted $3700 for minor leak repairs (radiator, oil, transaxle and powersteering). Basically, old gaskets and steering gear replacement. The CSR didnt keep me informed or updted about repairs unless me or the family member initiated the call. At times she even seemed frustrated.

After over 3 weeks, the Jeep was returned with NO coolant in the overflow bottle, steering wheel crooked because tech didnt do alignment after installing gear system, hood latch broken and thrown under the seat by the technician, check engine light on (because the tech didnt adjust the speed sensor back to the original setting in the transaxle), differential vaccum line dragging on the ground, oil filter adaptor kit not installed causing another oil leak after changing oil with the seals replacement, transaxle fluid leaking and running down the exhaust line and spraying on my backwindow because the tech didnt install the seal properly.

I went to Lake Norman Chrysler at the reccommendation of several Chrysler/Jeep friends who told me similar horror stories at this dealership. LNCJ said they were unable to warranty the repairs...understandable. I begged for them to fix the issues because of my hesitation to return back to [redacted].

When I returned to [redacted] at appx 1pm. I informed the service manager, who refered it to te same CSR, to take their time with the vehicle and I cleared the next day to get it returned.

The next day...no follow-up or return calls. I left several msga around 1:30pm. At about 3, I was able to rech the CSR who informed me that the technician had other cars to work on, they had only cleaned the area under the Jeep and had to dye-verify thats where the leaks were coming from !!!

I informed her that the lack of communication, firstly, was just as unaccepable as the technician not even BEGINNING repairs on my car as promised, at the beginning of the day while working on other new customers cars. She began to get very defensive by manipulating my words and the situation to fit every excuse she could think of. She told me I needed to speak to 'Norm' who was over the parts and service departments.....also, she coyly informed me that "I didnt have an appointment", so she squeezed me in...I guess my vehicle needed an appointment to malfunction from all of the mechanics technical mistakes, oversights and errors....that is my fault, right??? Go figure.

After talking with him later in the after-evening he assured me the tech would get on it......

I am still waiting for feedback at the close of business today.

I had been searching for an Acura TSX to replace my 97 Acura Integra when I received an alert last Sunday January 18 from Cars.com indicating that a vehicle was available at [redacted] Chrysler Jeep that met my price, and mileage parameters. I phoned the dealer and had the wonderful fortune to be connected with salesman [redacted] made my whole purchase experience not only painless but a pleasure! Making a long story short, [redacted] and I were able to agree on price/trade in value and then he worked extremely hard to insure I had a wonderful buying experience as he prepared my vehicle for delivery including a trip to the Acura dealer to have some recalls and a supplemental restraint warning light addressed. Throughout the process he kept me informed and answered any questions that I had. I also want to mention [redacted] in the service department who diligently checked over the whole vehicle and ended up replacing 3 of the tires. Finally I also want to thank [redacted] and [redacted] in the car preparation department who did a wonderful job adding tint, and thoroughly preparing my ten year old vehicle for delivery!

Overall I genuinely felt as if I was treated just as if I was buying [redacted] Chrysler Jeep's most expensive new vehicle off their show room floor instead of a 10 year old used car. They truly do treat their customers like family based on my experience and I would strongly recommend this dealer to anyone seeking a new or used car without the "going to the dentist" experience of so many car buying processes.
