I had been searching for an Acura TSX to replace my Acura Integra when I received an alert last Sunday January from Cars.com indicating that a vehicle was available at [redacted] Chrysler Jeep that met my price, and mileage parameters I phoned the dealer and had the wonderful fortune to be connected with salesman [redacted] made my whole purchase experience not only painless but a pleasure! Making a long story short, [redacted] and I were able to agree on price/trade in value and then he worked extremely hard to insure I had a wonderful buying experience as he prepared my vehicle for delivery including a trip to the Acura dealer to have some recalls and a supplemental restraint warning light addressedThroughout the process he kept me informed and answered any questions that I had I also want to mention [redacted] in the service department who diligently checked over the whole vehicle and ended up replacing of the tires Finally I also want to thank [redacted] and [redacted] in the car preparation department who did a wonderful job adding tint, and thoroughly preparing my ten year old vehicle for delivery! Overall I genuinely felt as if I was treated just as if I was buying [redacted] Chrysler Jeep's most expensive new vehicle off their show room floor instead of a year old used car They truly do treat their customers like family based on my experience and I would strongly recommend this dealer to anyone seeking a new or used car without the "going to the dentist" experience of so many car buying processes

On March the 3rd I brought in my 98Jeep GrandCherokee Laredo in to be servicedIt is excellent condition with 164k original miles...10+ years of which, it was under the tarp since my Desert Storm tours/ service The CSR and /or mechanic quoted $for minor leak repairs (radiator, oil, transaxle and powersteering)Basically, old gaskets and steering gear replacementThe CSR didnt keep me informed or updted about repairs unless me or the family member initiated the callAt times she even seemed frustrated After over weeks, the Jeep was returned with NO coolant in the overflow bottle, steering wheel crooked because tech didnt do alignment after installing gear system, hood latch broken and thrown under the seat by the technician, check engine light on (because the tech didnt adjust the speed sensor back to the original setting in the transaxle), differential vaccum line dragging on the ground, oil filter adaptor kit not installed causing another oil leak after changing oil with the seals replacement, transaxle fluid leaking and running down the exhaust line and spraying on my backwindow because the tech didnt install the seal properly I went to Lake Norman Chrysler at the reccommendation of several Chrysler/Jeep friends who told me similar horror stories at this dealershipLNCJ said they were unable to warranty the repairs...understandableI begged for them to fix the issues because of my hesitation to return back to [redacted] When I returned to [redacted] at appx 1pmI informed the service manager, who refered it to te same CSR, to take their time with the vehicle and I cleared the next day to get it returned The next day...no follor return callsI left several msga around 1:30pmAt about 3, I was able to rech the CSR who informed me that the technician had other cars to work on, they had only cleaned the area under the Jeep and had to dye-verify thats where the leaks were coming from !!! I informed her that the lack of communication, firstly, was just as unaccepable as the technician not even BEGINNING repairs on my car as promised, at the beginning of the day while working on other new customers carsShe began to get very defensive by manipulating my words and the situation to fit every excuse she could think ofShe told me I needed to speak to 'Norm' who was over the parts and service departments.....also, she coyly informed me that "I didnt have an appointment", so she squeezed me in...I guess my vehicle needed an appointment to malfunction from all of the mechanics technical mistakes, oversights and errors....that is my fault, right??? Go figure After talking with him later in the after-evening he assured me the tech would get on it I am still waiting for feedback at the close of business today
