[redacted] , I take all complaints seriousAustin School Of Music is one of the oldest music schools in Austin and has been successful because our reputation is pristineI recall this unresolved issue with the client wellAs described the misunderstanding started in January and I was notified of it thenI was informed through the teacher that the client has irregular work hours so making contact would be difficultI then provided the client with my personal phone number so that we may resolve the issue as fast as possibleThat was in January, from that point I received no call from the client and no emails, no contactThe next time I was contacted by the client was at the end of March when the Revdex.com also received a complaint on their behalfIn the beginning of March we had a complete software change in the company, and resulting we lost some old billing recordsWhich is the reason why I requested the bank statements that proved she had been chargedAs the client expressed, they did not want to quit and I want to resolve the situation and get her the lessons they have paid for As of March 31st, we have reached settlement, to credit the clients account with the school so they receive the lessons they are owedI am currently waiting to schedule the client with a new instructor, as agreed upon by both partiesAustin School of Music schedules based on availability and convenience for our customersBut in order to schedule one must make contact with the school officeThat has not been done and its almost an entire month later since both parties agreed on the terms of resolutionI have the necessary communication records that support every statement made in this messageAt the time of me writing this I have corresponded with the client at irregular intervals and we have agreed to change teachers and continue lessons with the funds they have already depositedLast time I heard from the client was March 31st, today is April 20thAustin School of Music values all our customers and wants to do right by all of themI want it publicly known that I have done everything in my power to resolve this situation, including prompt email responses and providing my personal phone number to the client to expedite resolutionThank you,
