These people may be awesome at fixing cars; I have no knowledge of thatBut in terms of detailing...STAY AWAYHad a [redacted] - $basic detail for $- I just wanted a good wax on my carWhen I dropped the car off I asked about how long it would take and the receptionist asked someone else and the response was "is this a [redacted] or paid out-of-pocket detail?" I paid for an $detail, so I should get an $detail regardless if it was a [redacted] or notLong story short, when I picked up my truck they had some how scratched the ENTIRE exterior of my car! They had some how put black "streaks" on my exterior that seemed to be under the newly applied waxThere was a huge scratch across my back bumper that caused the bumper to be marred with permanent marking The owner came out to look at the truck with me and basically called me a liar and said I was just trying to get him to paint my entire car for freeI said all I wanted was my car to be cleaner than I had left itHe said they didn't do that to my truck and that it was there when I brought it inNEVER did he ask the guys who worked on my car and how would he know since he did not see my car before or during since he clearly did not work on my truckSo basically, after calling me a liar for minutes he says to bring the car back and they will buff out all the spotsI brought it back the following week and when I picked it up it was better but I still have a ton a new scratched and knicks all over my truck and all the original scratches they put in my car that he refused to do anything aboutNot to mention that my $detailing was awful There a paperclip in plain site in the middle floor of the backseat - which should have been vacuumed, there was dust all over my dash as if they did not even clean it, and the streaks on my windshield were award winningI paid them $to jack up my truckBEWARE!!!

Alan OAustin, the shop owner told me to bring my vehicle into his shop and he would get it right into the shop for repairsAlan OAustin, told me the repairs would not exceed $100.00, without first giving me a telephone call for my authorizationAlan OAustin, told me that my vehicle would be repaired and ready for pick up on a specific day but failed to have the vehicle readyAlan OAustin, did not check the safety issues with the right wheel bearing hub because they claimed they were too busy and forgot to check it and the truck was already off of their liftThe vehicle still has a slow leaking of brake fluidAlan Austin, tried to trick me into paying him $204.50, on a invoice that I wrote disputed amount then Alan OAustin tried again to trick me out of $165.35, and refused to release the vehicle to me unless I paid his bogus inflated invoiceAlan OAustin, stated to me that he could take the vehicle back into his shop, loosen up all of the brake lines

I took my car to the Dorschel Volkswagon dealership after a couple lights came on in my PassatThey quoted me at $for the repairsI took it to Austin-Spencer and they found out that all the repairs needed by the dealership were and they found the problem, fixed my car for $My car has been running great! Cannot believe how the dealership tried to rob me!

I have had my car fixed and painted at this shopThis a professional service centerThe job was excellent and in a timely mannerVery friendly and helpful people

Austin-Spencer Automotive is the best in town. They are straightforward, honest people who do high quality work. They always keep you updated and are great about keeping your cost as low as possible. They even let me hang on to my loaner for an extra day at no charge because a part was not delivered on time.

Austin-Spencer Collision Center does great work. The staff is very honest and personable and they will let you know exactly what is wrong with your vehicle and how to fix it. I have referred a bunch of people there and they now will only have their car serviced at Austin-Spencer Collision Center.
