I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with the Austin Sports and Social Club There is no way to call and talk with anyone (the phone number they provide on their Facebook page just goes to voicemail) and they seem to think they can just take our money and then make significant changes to the league My team signed up for summer kickball and we now find out (after we paid) that there will be no games in July The means that games go into August and we have some scheduling difficulties because of vacations Instead of working with us to reschedule a game, we were told that nothing will change If they posted this information when we were paying, I would have no objection, but this isn't a cheap league, so the possibility of forfeiting out of games doesn't sit well I will be looking at other options for the fall

I am rejecting this response because:
(1) Simply because I waited until something so infuriating happened does not mean that it is my "first" and only complaintIt simply represents a culmination of frustration leading absolute and final disappointment. (2) Not one person on my team used profane language or behaved in a threatening manner toward the coordinator on siteThis is a disillusioned attempt to reduce the character of the people on my teamAnd I'll add that it was, in fact, the opposing team players who were ejected for disrespectful behavior and language in the specific game brought up by the companyNot my team, which did politely leave the field (another falsehood accused) after having walked to the opposing team dugout for the traditional (and sportsman-like) action of high-fiving and saying "thank you." At which time, many of the other team's players apologized for the interruption of the gameTo say members of my team were "threatening" is a serious offense and having been present, I feel personally accused. (3) Again, I am not opposed to having to forfeit a game due to not enough playersHowever, forfeiture aside, we had a right to play even at a lossPlease see the attached screen shot of the rules from the company's website indicating an "exhibition" game. (4) Finally, in the Liability Waiver attachment provided by the company representative, the word "refund" is not mentioned anywhere. This defamatory and defensive response was not the resolution I was hoping forTo deflect fault and propel new accusations is the exact type of behavior that my team has witnessed and been subject to the entire season we playedThis is the exact reason why, as a customer, I feel mistreated resulting in turning to consumer assistance from the Revdex.com.

We have reviewed the case in question very thoroughly and have talked with the opposing team, your team, officials, coordinators, and office staff in regards to the complaint filed against our business in specific regards to our kickball league. For all of our leagues we guarantee that 7 games will...
be played in a season. The refund request is in specific regards to the 7th and final game that was played to end the season. Since the entire season was played out with no notation of complaint throughout the season prior to the final game, we feel that the product was given to the client as guaranteed, thus a refund was denied.We do also have a no refund policy which all registrants sign at the time of sign up or at the time of accepting the roster invite. We have attached both sample documents of the no refund policy, as well as the players signed and accepted waiver. In reviewing the feedback as it pertains to the final game night where the primary complaint was lodged, the team in question was found to have been using illegal players that were not on the team roster. In addition these were higher skill level players than were the norm for the division this team was playing in. We do have a league policy where if a team suspects that their opponent is using illegal players than they are allowed to ask for a roster check. If those players are not on the online roster, they will not be deemed able to play. A roster check was initiated by the opposing team, so our staff called the office to look into this further. At this time while our coordinator was speaking with the team captain, and our office staff was on the phone, the captain refused to give the names of the players in question and notified our coordinator that if the other team was going to implement a roster check than they would just forfeit the game. This was confirmed both by our onsite coordinator and the office staff member who was on the phone at the time that the captain did in fact refuse to submit names and did forfeit the game. We also got confirmation from our staff and coordinators that even if the team using illegal players had wanted to continue to play, without the 2 females they would have only had 7 players total which is not enough to constitute a legal game, thus it would be forfeited. In addition we would like to note that we found evidence that the team who was using illegal players also became verbally abusive towards our staff post game. They refused to leave the fields and began using profanity to continue to argue and voice their displeasure at the situation. We are always happy to talk with players and gain any necessary feedback we can so that we can grow and improve as a company, but when players begin to use profane language and act in a threatening manner, we will not continue to tolerate those actions and do not condone that behavior in any way.
