I am rejecting this response because: *** *** is not being truthful about any of her statement I find this very appalling the level anyone would stoop to,to try to disregard their unsatisfactory service The people of thirty was seated in the car that we originally ordered that’s why this business had our original dates changed to what we did not request & furthermore there was no dispute of any kind during our whole entire evening at this establishment In fact we were very pleasant under the circumstances, in fact I *** *** *** refused to say anything because I was very dissatisfied and instead allowed my husband and our friends who were very well composed handle this situationAnytime anyone lie like this shouldn’t have a business or even be in charged of one When your wrong just admit it, call it what it is, dishonesty, lack of morales & no integrity We deserve to have our money refunded because our experience with this business was ruined from the very beginning to the very end Your employees or volunteers do what Ms*** *** tell them to do, it doesn’t matter if it’s right or wrong How they treated our party of four should have never been allowed to have happened It was more important for them to seat thirty people in our seats than to do the right thing, which should be to treat everyone with dignity and respect We were in such disbelief that this company would actually do something like this I’m glad we took out the time to walk to the Maurice Beckham Car, because that’s when we discovered the reason why they had our dates changed & it was for those thirty people that I mentioned earlier in this statement This Austin Steam Train Association have some very dishonest practices and we deserve to be reimbursed Shame on you *** ***, you have no business ethics
