On February 4th, Joey C, owner of Austin Strong Construction LLC came to do a renovation job of our crawlspace. I gave him $700 that day for material. The next day he came to do the job, but could only be here for 4 hours due to finding water down there. He didn't have said equipment to drain out the water. That is ok, because that wasn't in our contract. He tells me to bring him $450 of the remaining $700. The next day I ask him for an itemized receipt for the material and he has not provided that information 3 weeks later. He overcharged me for the material and knows that he did so and won't respond to my many methods of communication with him.
