This customer was delivered all of his equipment and more in fact we san additional receiver for proper operation at no extra cost in order to make the surround system workNumerous appointments were made but the attempts of making the surround sound work is limited due to the electronics not being a match with the Audio system and TV.We have offered to replace the Soundbar with a Different system which includes speakers and installation in good faithHowever we were cut off from time and appointments as well as agreement not being metWe decline 3,as an amount owed This man has possessed all of the equipment and service calls to rectify the systemWe stand with the offer to install what will work or decline further service or installation! The money that is owed to us is for installation the of a Onkyo receiver replacing the Pioneer receiver VSX Not listed on the latest invoicePlease call us for any further info needed

We are in receipt of the Complaint filed by *** *** The statement of re-imburseable funds is not possible due to the Amount of Trips and Expenses because of Scheduling, Wrong Speaker Brackets to install and the complete time of this whole job consuming our time and other work we could have
done and completed. We are sending an invoice to you to review. ***
